Located on one of the most sought after roads in St Ives, One Beach Road is a large 1930s house divided into two luxurious contemporary apartments – Upper Deck and Lower Deck - each accommodating 6 guests.
Both apartments have magnificent uninterrupted sea views over Porthmeor Beach, the Island, Clodgy and Man’s Head and are just a 30 second walk to the beach. A short stroll through the charming cobbled streets takes you to the harbour, restaurants, galleries and shops. With their own private parking spaces and outside space, both apartments offer ample space for the perfect family seaside holiday or the luxury of space for smaller groups.
Upper Deck
The hub of this apartment is the light and spacious open plan kitchen and dining space with large windows and patio doors with fantastic views overlooking the beach and opening onto a large private patio and barbecue area. The tranquil living room has a large bay window where you can relax on the window seat and look out to sea. The master bedroom loft hideaway has a window seat with sea views and a stylish ensuite shower room. Two further double bedrooms are on the ground floor together with a delightful family bathroom. The apartment has its own private parking for two cars.
Lower Deck
This apartment has a spacious open plan living, kitchen and dining space and a large bay window overlooking stunning sea and beach views. It has its own patio/seating at the front of the house to relax and enjoy the view. The master bedroom has an ensuite with a large walk-in shower.
